Because of the nature of the Internet, there is no way to print this entire
web site at one time. However, visitors of this site who wish to print
sections of this book for personal use may do so. The instructions below
will provide a general guide on how to print a web page from this site
in both Internet Explorer and Netscape. Though the specific steps may
vary slightly depending on the version of your web browser, the overall
process should remain similar for older versions.
In Internet Explorer 6 and Netscape 7:
- Click on the File menu and choose Print... from the
list of options.
- A print options box will appear on your screen. Make sure that your
printer is selected from the list of printers (if there is only one
printer listed, do not worry about this), then click the Preferences
button.
- Under Paper Setup (or Page Setup, depending on the printer),
check to make sure that the page orientation is set to Landscape
(due to the size of the pages on this site, the Portrait setting
will not print all of the text on the page), then click OK. This
will close the preferences box and bring you back to the print options
box.
- Make sure the Page Range is set to All and that the
Number of Copies is set to 1, then click the Print
button.
Please note that the final result of the printed document will look different
than what you see on your computer screen. Also, please note that due
to the Internet being oriented for on-screen viewing and not for print,
that printed images from the web may not be very clear, and some images
may get cut off on the printed page. In the future, we hope to add additional
electronic versions of this document that are oriented specifically for
printing.
